Job Description
This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who is looking to step away from a 360 desk to transition into an Internal Recruitment role. You will play a core part in the growth strategy for this very well respected international recruitment company, leading their talent acquisition initiatives globally and utilising your existing knowledge to network with experienced Recruitment Consultants and continue to build their successful team.

Culturally. The impressive global team are collaborative, mature, high performing and trusting. They have an excellent employee retention rate due to their good commission structure, flexible hybrid-working set up and investment in experienced recruiters.
They do not operate a 'higher and fire' high volume graduate model, instead focussing on experience, professionalism, trust and autonomy. They invest heavily in their people, it will be an easy sell to attract experienced talent via their internal recruitment function.
The role:
- Location: Liverpool Street
- Set up: Flexible Hybrid 2-3 days in office
- Salary £30,000 base + Commission
- Opportunity: 5 immediate hires to work on and a large hiring budget for 2026
- Expectations: 2 hires per month
- Reporting Line: Directly into the very well respected Exec Director of People and Culture
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders/ managers to understand the hiring needs and create attractive outreach campaigns
- Deeply integrate into the business to understand internal team cultures and working practices
- Advise on market trends and patterns
- Continuously networking with passive candidates and promoting the brand
- Conduct all outreach, advertising campaigns and market mapping
- Screen candidates and arrange all internal interview and collate feedback
- Manage offers and work with the people function on successful onboarding
The ideal candidate:
- A current 360 recruitment consultant (2+ year experience) who would like to transition internally
- A current TA for a recruitment business looking for a trusting, adult and flexible working culture
- Deep knowledge of the role of a 360 recruitment consultant
- Understanding of Contract and Perm Recruitment
- Ability to work with autonomy and no need for micromanagement
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting cold candidate outreach
- Seeking a Hybrid role
- Advantageous but not necessary: Knowledge of Life Sciences or other highly regulated recruitment sectors
This role will not be available long, interviews will begin 15th September 2025.
