We’re looking for five ambitious recent graduates to join our high‑performing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. This role is a 360 recruitment position, covering both candidate sourcing and client development from building relationships with top talent to advising leading financial firms on their hiring strategies. Candidate on graduate visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Source and headhunt high‑calibre candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and strategic research
- Build relationships with candidates—understand their ambitions, motivations, and market value
- Pitch and win new business—develop long‑term partnerships with leading financial institutions
- Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategy, and candidate fit
- Own the full recruitment cycle—from initial brief to offer negotiation and post‑placement care
- Collaborate with a team of expert consultants and contribute to shared success

- Recent graduate (any discipline) with a 2:1 or above
- Strong communication skills—articulate, confident, and persuasive
