This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced delivery consultant, with a minimum of 18 months experience delivering into technical roles, to join this close knit, high performing team in London where you will have multiple high commitment high value roles to work on across their established accounts from Day 1.
This business has been a strong presence on the tech recruitment scene since it launched 12 years ago. Unlike many businesses who focus on rapid headcount growth, often at the detriment to their staff and quality of business, my client are strategically small, meaning everyone is seen, rewarded and given huge opportunity for earning potential and career growth.
There is currently a team of 6, who have an abundance of roles across a variety of long-standing accounts, with more roles being won weekly. This role has no BD required; it is pure focus on high quality delivery across a spectrum of interesting tech roles including DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud and more.

Working alongside another Delivery consultant you will have an abundance of work from day 1, and close mentorship from senior team members to ensure you feel supported and informed to perform to the best of your ability.
Your tasks will include:
- Sourcing
- Taking in-depth role briefs and internal team collaboration on role filling strategy
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company site)
- Searching for candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Conducting CV screening and shortlisting suitable applicants
- Proactively headhunting and networking to find passive candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future opportunities
- Reaching out to and engaging candidates through calls, messages, and emails
Candidate Management:
- Conducting initial candidate phone/video screenings to assess skills, experience, and motivations
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews, providing tips and insights on company culture and expectations
- Gathering and delivering interview feedback to candidates
- Managing the candidate journey through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Negotiating offers and handling counteroffers where needed
Collaboration:
- Liaising with internal teams to understand client needs and role requirements
- Supporting the recruitment team with market intelligence and candidate feedback
- Contributing to team meetings, brainstorms, and strategy sessions
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns to attract candidates
The Ideal candidate:
- At least 1.5 years in a Delivery Consultant or Resourcer position, 180 or 270 with a proven track record of delivering into technical roles by:
- Quickly learning job briefs
- Managing effective sourcing initiatives and longlisting
- Exceptional candidate engagement
- Deep candidate qualification skills and candidate control
- Running water tight processes
- Great communicator and works well with colleagues internally to collaborate
- Strong morals, no shady sales tactics
- Chatty and outgoing, happy to get involved with the vibrant and upbeat team
- Always happy to get stuck in and motivated by personal and group success

- Able to share a breakdown of your last year's recruitment results.
