The workshop: Professional automotive team in Coventry, looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can hold the front line of a working garage properly.
You will be:
- managing service customers
- booking jobs in
- coordinating the workshop and technicians
- keeping jobs moving through the bays
- raising job cards
- ordering and chasing parts
- keeping the owner / Workshop Controller informed
You will need:
- Real automotive Service Advisor experience in a garage, workshop, or main dealer (not general customer service)
- Strong customer-facing skills explaining work, costs and timings to drivers
- Workshop coordination knowing how a bay actually runs
- Confidence with garage parts systems / Partslink
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6.
