Job Summary
Roland Mouret is looking for a highly motivated Wholesale Coordinator to support the Sales team. This is an opportunity to hit the ground running at a growing, fast-paced company with many opportunities for professional growth. In this role you will coordinate the back of house and work directly with global accounts, nurturing client relationships and providing swift, responsive action to their requests. This is a full-time on-site role based in our London office. Travel to continental Europe may be required when necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a wholesale role within the fashion industry and will have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong functional skills and the ability to analyse data. The role will report to the Director of Sales.
Role Description
- Main functions include:
- Sales
- Showroom set up and take down, working with suppliers
- Booking seasonal sales appointments, managing calendar
- Showroom sales appointments
- Collection uploads and integrations, checking PO's, order entry, OC send out
- Day to day management of the existing customer base, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and providing swift responsive action to their requests.
- Working with our international sales agents. Ensuring all assets and communications are shared in a timely manner.
- Compiling selling and training Packs for internal and external use. Supporting Sales Manager to carry out trainings in store.
- Store visits, market research and competitor analysis – followed up reports
- Analysing weekly sell through reports and updating internal departmental trade report document. Providing data and insights to the management team
- End of season reporting and analysis. Gathering information in a timely manner and preparing documents for internal and external presentations and meetings.
- Supporting Sales Manager and working alongside our logistics team to coordinate deliveries, stock swaps and re-orders in season.
- Collaborating cross departmentally with Finance and Logistics ensuring shipments run to schedules, any challenges are resolved in a timely manner and deliveries go out on time.
- Work closely with our accounts department to ensure invoices are shared with customers and paid on time. Monitor deposit tracker in collaboration with accounting team to ensure invoices are chased weekly and accurately.
- Proficiency in our IP/Order systems; Zedonk and Joor
- Wholesale data entry: creating and formatting contact sheets, itineraries, and calendars.
