Roland Mouret is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Design Assistant to join the creative team. This role provides strong administrative support to the team as well as design-based tasks. Reporting to the Creative Lead, they’ll work collaboratively across the creative department, supporting all design touchpoints, helping streamline workflows and ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Graphic Design Assistant, you are an integral part of the creative team. You will support the Creative Lead by organising assets, assisting with production and artworking. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry while developing and refining your design skills in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of digital and print assets (social content, website visuals, marketing materials, etc.)
- Oversee retouching and quality control of eCommerce and editorial imagery.
- Gather, organise, and maintain a library of creative assets, including images, templates, and design files for easy access.
- Implement efficient file management practices to streamline workflow.
- Assist in preparing/designing internal brand documents and external briefs.
- Resize and reformat images for various channels, ensuring optimised performance across digital and print media.
- Assist in preparing final artwork for print and online, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications.
- Support in executing and implementing website changes, paid and organic social content and other marketing materials, under the direction of the Creative Lead.
- Creating and optimising graphics for email marketing campaigns.
- Support the Creative Lead with layout and production work for campaigns and lookbooks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to contribute fresh ideas.

Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), experience in Figma is a plus.
- This is an English-speaking position, and the candidate must be available for a 5 days office week at our London head office.
- Understanding of typography, composition, and layout principles is essential.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing assets.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Previous experience or internship in fashion or a creative industry is a plus.
