ROLAND STORE PRODUCT SPECIALIST JOB OUTLINE: Experience: All instruments Based: Guitar Guitar - Glasgow Reports to: Retail Area Manager Hours: Full Time THE COMPANY: Roland Europe Group Ltd Roland is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of electronic musical instruments including; keyboards you need to be as comfortable in front of the camera, or on the telephone as you are face-to-face in the store. You will, of course, be an accomplished and skilled salesperson, with a desire to grow the retail business while consistently delivering Roland’s high standards of customer service. You’ll also need to perform the usual requirements of running a retail store; from presentation to stock control, to regular reporting. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and be able to pass this knowledge on to others Sales experience, ideally in a retail environment. The communication skills to comfortably converse, build relationships and interact appropriately with individuals, customers, and the wider Roland/BOSS team team—at all levels The ability to react to challenges while remaining calm The confidence and organisational skills to manage all aspects of a busy retail environment.
