We are hiring a Project Manager within our Transaction & Investor Services (TIS) UK Healthcare and MedTech practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the practice and scaling it.
Responsibilities- Lead the day‑to‑day execution of commercial engagements in TIS UK Healthcare and MedTech
- Manage client relationships, build trust at senior levels, and lead client presentations
- Manage, guide, coach, and develop project teams
- Work with teams on due diligence and value creation topics in the Healthcare and MedTech sector
- Prepare and deliver client‑ready presentations and reports
- Contribute to thought leadership across Healthcare and MedTech
- Support practice growth, recruitment, and knowledge development
- A structured, analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
- Confident working directly with senior clients and leading high‑performing teams
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Motivated to shape and grow a leading TIS Healthcare and MedTech practice, leveraging your industry expertise
- 4–5 years of UK experience at a leading management consulting firm, with a demonstrable track record in buy‑side and sell‑side commercial due diligence in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors
- Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with data analysis and market modelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and leading client presentations
- Strong client‑service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead teams
- Medical doctor training or strong academic background in life sciences preferred
