We are hiring a Project Manager within our Transaction & Investor Services (TIS) UK Healthcare and MedTech practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the practice and scale it.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of consulting projects for Private Equity clients, leading day-to-day operations, guiding teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting due diligence and value creation projects
- Collaborating closely with Roland Berger and client teams
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients
This is a hybrid role, with a general expectation of three days per week in our London office and two days working remotely depending on project requirements. National and international travel may occasionally be required.
General Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of commercial engagements in TIS UK Healthcare and MedTech
- Manage client relationships, build trust at senior levels, and lead client presentations
- Manage, guide, coach, and develop project teams
- Work with teams on due diligence and value creation topics in the Healthcare and MedTech sector
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and reports
- Contribute to thought leadership across Healthcare and MedTech
- Support practice growth, recruitment, and knowledge development

- A structured, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident working directly with senior clients and leading high-performing teams
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to shape and grow a leading TIS Healthcare and MedTech practice, leveraging your industry expertise
Required qualifications
- Experience: 4–5 years of UK experience at a leading management consulting firm, with a demonstrable track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors
- Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with data analysis and market modelling
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and leading client presentations
- Client orientation: Strong client-service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead teams
- Medical doctor training or strong academic background in life sciences preferred
