We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their administrative career to grow and develop within a high-performing, professional services environment.
In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to our leadership team, ensuring they are organised, prepared, and supported in their busy schedules. You’ll work alongside and be guided by our experienced Senior EAs, who will provide mentoring and support on more complex tasks and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and diary support
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management
- Prepare documents and presentations to a high standard
- Ensure your assigned individuals are briefed and supported ahead of meetings and travel
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
- Work collaboratively with the EA team, escalating more complex matters as needed
- Support wider office and team initiatives as required
- Some previous administrative or office-based experience (internship, office assistant, team assistant, or similar)
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from a senior team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience or interest in professional services or consulting is a plus
