What you’ll do:
- Support private equity funds, strategic investors as well as corporate clients along the full investment life cycle.
- Undertake commercial due diligence (both buy- and sell-side) and post-deal value creation work for a broad range of investors, with a primary focus on mid-large cap PE and Infrastructure funds.
- Join a UK TIS team that will proactively help you with your long-term career development and planning; our UK TIS Partner and Principal team is entirely home grown.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- 2-5 years of prior consulting experience, working specifically on due diligence and private equity value creation engagements.
- Best-in-class communication skills.
- Ability to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for private equity clients.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
