Customer Service Assistant – Client Services Team
ROL Cruise is the largest independent retailers of cruises in the UK. As a Customer Service Assistant you will be predominantly taking inbound calls from existing passengers answering queries on their bookings, dealing with queries via email and speaking to our cruise line partners on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role you should;
· Be committed to providing a service to clients and able to work within a high profile customer service environment.
· Have a very high level of attention to detail
· Work methodically and accurately
· Possess good computer, organisational and communication skills.
· Work well within a team, being flexible to assist colleagues, but accountable for your own work
It is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), with daily briefing at 08:45, working 9:00 am -6:00pm, Monday-Friday working one in three saturdays with a day off in that week.
Starting Salary of £27,500 PA plus bonus.
