What is the role?

Roku is seeking a Senior Counsel, Employment and Labor to join its Legal team, providing strategic guidance on a broad range of employment, labor, benefits, and related matters across the UK, EMEA, and global operations.

In this role, you will partner closely with People Business Partners, People Shared Services, Compensation setting direction, providing context, exercising judgment, and stepping in when work needs correction or deeper thinking.
