The successful candidate will be a vital link between our clients and Roku's campaign delivery teams, which requires someone with a passion for data, process, and customer success and will enjoy aligning closely with other cross-functional groups. You will help the sales team maximize strategic solutions, which directly impact our ability to deliver and exceed on client's marketing and advertising objectives. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
As we look to grow our advertising strategy within Mexico, you will be excited to play a key role in translating customer advertising objectives into data-driven, effective advertising packages. As an Account Manager on the Media & Entertainment vertical, you will work to support the UK ad sales team on our Media & Entertainment client business. Account team members at Roku are involved in each step of the sales cycle, from planning & presale to launch, execution, reporting & billing, serving as the lead day-to-day POC for advertiser direct and/or ad agency relationships on campaign management.
- Frequent monitoring & reporting campaign status to key stakeholders – including external and internal campaign updates, recaps & useful insights, screengrabs, and video captures.
- Serve as the liaison between the client, Roku creative services, and ad operation teams – support Roku best practices & ad guidelines on design and approach for assets.
- Present insights, data & campaign metrics during client meetings.
- Support Roku billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout.
3+ years' experience in account management/client services at an ad tech company, entertainment/media brand, social media platform or media planning at an agency.
- Experience in display and video advertising with a premium publisher or agency, programmatic video executions and workflows, working in or trading within DSP platforms.
- Experience with report creation and interpretation via Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint & Tableau.
- Strong desire for collaboration, creative brainstorms, and proactive client engagement.
- Familiar with commercial digital ad serving tools for video and display.
- Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented personality.
