What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description)

Join a specialist engineering underwriting team supporting complex risks across global markets. This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, values accuracy and enjoys being at the centre of underwriting activity. You'll work closely with underwriters, brokers and key stakeholders to keep business moving, strengthen relationships and help deliver profitable portfolio growth.

What You’ll Take On

• Partner with underwriters and brokers to turn opportunities into bound business, delivering a seamless experience across new business, renewals and policy changes.
• Own the accuracy of underwriting data and documentation, ensuring risks, premiums and policy records are captured correctly to support confident decision-making.
• Keep business moving by tracking outstanding requirements, resolving queries quickly and maintaining high service standards throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Use insight and analysis to support portfolio reporting, renewal planning and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and underwriting performance.
• Build strong relationships across the market, working with capacity providers, claims, finance and operations teams to ensure business is serviced effectively and compliantly.
