Location: London/Hybrid (3 days in the office)

This role sits at the heart of how our reinsurance business understands performance, risk and opportunity. You’ll own the MI and analytics layer end‑to‑end, turning complex underwriting, actuarial and financial data into clear, trusted insight that shapes decisions at pace. It’s hands‑on, high‑impact work, with the space to build, challenge and improve how MI is done.

What you’ll do:

  • Turn complex reinsurance data into trusted MI and analytics that directly inform underwriting, actuarial, finance and regulatory decisions.
  • Own and evolve enterprise‑grade Power BI and semantic models, enabling fast, confident self‑service across the business.
  • Shape data models and reporting layers with engineering partners, ensuring performance, clarity and scalability from the ground up.
  • Raise the bar on MI quality, governance and performance, improving how insight is delivered, trusted and used.
  • Lead by example and mentor others, helping build a high‑accountability MI capability that scales with the business.

This is a senior role with clear progression into people leadership, suited to someone who backs their judgement, enjoys ownership and wants their work to matter.
