You’ll own the MI and analytics layer end‑to‑end, turning complex underwriting, actuarial and financial data into clear, trusted insight that shapes decisions at pace. What you’ll do:
- Turn complex reinsurance data into trusted MI and analytics that directly inform underwriting, actuarial, finance and regulatory decisions.
- Own and evolve enterprise‑grade Power BI and semantic models, enabling fast, confident self‑service across the business.
- Shape data models and reporting layers with engineering partners, ensuring performance, clarity and scalability from the ground up.
- Raise the bar on MI quality, governance and performance, improving how insight is delivered, trusted and used.
- Lead by example and mentor others, helping build a high‑accountability MI capability that scales with the business.
