This is a credit control role with real ownership. You’ll run your own broker portfolio, bring clarity to complex accounts, and turn outstanding debt into cash that fuels the business. It’s fast, hands-on and high impact where detail matters, relationships drive results, and better processes are always on the table.
What you’ll do:
- Own a portfolio of brokers end-to-end, turning statements, conversations and follow-ups into consistent, predictable cash collection.
- Build direct relationships with brokers and internal teams, helping unblock issues quickly and keep cash moving at pace.
- Use insight and attention to detail to spot errors, fix inconsistencies and strengthen the quality of booked premium data.
- Take control of aged debt, escalating risk early and driving resolution before it impacts the wider business.
- Challenge and improve how the function runs, introducing smarter processes as the model evolves.
