What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description)

The Senior BDX Technician sits at the heart of operations, turning bordereaux data into trusted insight that supports underwriting, claims, finance and regulatory reporting. This role owns the validation, reconciliation and processing of premium, risk and claims bordereaux, resolving complex data issues and ensuring reporting remains accurate, timely and commercially reliable. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll strengthen controls, improve data quality and help drive smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What You’ll Take On

• Own the end-to-end review and validation of premium, risk and claims bordereaux, ensuring data is accurate, complete and fit for business-critical decisions.
• Investigate complex reconciliation and data-quality issues, working with brokers, coverholders, TPAs and colleagues to drive swift resolution.
• Partner across underwriting, claims, finance and operations to create confidence in the data that powers reporting, oversight and performance management.
• Identify recurring challenges, uncover root causes and help implement improvements that raise standards, reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Support delegated partners and stakeholders with clear guidance, strong governance and practical expertise, becoming a trusted point of contact for bordereaux-related matters.
