What You’ll Take On

• Own and evolve the Loss Fund lifecycle end‑to‑end, turning fragmented processes into a controlled, scalable and commercially effective model.
• Bring clarity to financial performance by driving accurate reconciliation, meaningful reporting and strong oversight across ongoing and legacy funds.
• Partner with Claims and Finance to resolve issues quickly, strengthen controls and ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
• Build and embed governance, QA and reporting frameworks that give leadership confidence in how Loss Funds are managed.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing analyst, raising standards, accountability and consistency across Claims Operations.
