You’ll take end‑to‑end accountability for Rokstone’s consumer operations, shaping how the business performs today while building the control, data and operational resilience needed to scale tomorrow. This role goes well beyond transaction oversight; it’s about setting direction, making judgment calls and turning operational execution into a commercial advantage. You’ll work closely with underwriting, finance, compliance, technology and group teams, trusted to balance pace with rigour and customer outcomes with regulatory strength. What you’ll do
- Own and evolve consumer operations end‑to‑end, turning growth plans into scalable, efficient and resilient delivery.
- Set the standard for governance, data quality and operational control across all consumer product lines.
- Use insight‑led MI to identify risk, unlock improvement and support confident decision‑making at the Board level.
- Build, lead and develop a high‑performing operations team with clear ownership, capability and succession.
- Partner across the group to drive change, automation and process improvement that genuinely improves how the business runs.
