What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description)

Join a business where risk shapes decisions, not just compliance. As Enterprise Risk Manager, you’ll help strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management framework and partner with teams across underwriting, claims, finance, operations and technology to identify, assess and manage risk effectively. You’ll provide independent challenge, improve control environments and turn risk insight into better business decisions, helping the organisation grow with confidence and resilience.

What You’ll Take On

• Own and evolve the enterprise risk framework, embedding consistent risk practices that support smarter decision-making across the business.
• Turn risk data, KRIs and emerging trends into actionable insight that enables leaders to make informed commercial decisions.
• Challenge controls, remediation plans and key business initiatives, helping strengthen resilience and reduce exposure to risk.
• Lead risk assessments, scenario testing and emerging risk reviews to ensure the organisation stays prepared for change and uncertainty.
• Build strong partnerships across the business, creating a culture where risk awareness, accountability and continuous improvement thrive.
