This isn’t just a compliance role, it’s your chance to shape how Rokstone grows, operates and shows up to regulators across the world. As our Head of Risk & Compliance, you’ll own a global framework spanning the UK, US, Europe and MENA, acting as a trusted advisor to the Board while keeping us sharp, compliant and commercially confident. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, set the pace on regulatory excellence and help the business move fast — safely, sustainably and with absolute clarity.

• Take ownership of Rokstone’s global compliance framework as SMF16 (and SMF17 where needed), setting the standard for how we operate.
• Act as our primary regulatory voice, building strong relationships with the FCA, Lloyd’s and international regulators.
• Please provide clear, practical compliance guidance that helps the business grow with confidence, not caution.
• Oversee conduct, enterprise risk, financial crime, governance and monitoring, ensuring our controls stay strong as we scale.
• Build and lead a global, high‑performing Risk & Compliance team that embeds great judgement, trust and accountability across the business.
