Role Summary

The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for the project management of our exciting Atomx products. You will act as the Scrum Master for the delivery squads responsible for building the Atomx products. You will also provide broader coverage as a project manager by managing RAID logs, budgets, stakeholders and overall deliverables as necessary.

Role Accountabilities

  • Agile team coach and mentor
  • Liaise with the Product Manager, Technical Lead, stakeholders and Architect to ensure the roadmap has been committed to with the correct level of planning with the team’s involvement.
  • Ensure that all scrum events take place and facilitate them whilst ensuring that they are productive and time-boxed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for high-performing teams.
  • Maintain and report on project status, RAID logs and budget.
  • Manage external and internal dependencies.
  • Ensure the team delivers to commitments – hold teams accountable for their work, and remove impediments both external and internal to the team.
  • Define the product's roadmap and scope/schedule while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries organising and leading working groups and steering co-meetings.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
  • Following and implementing an effective project governance system.
  • Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques
  • Any additional duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • At least 3+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working with distributed agile teams
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools like ADO, Jira etc
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with different project stakeholders including technical and business teams
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Flexible management approach depending on the needs of the particular project and client
  • Previous experience in a broader role as an Agile Project manager
  • Degree-educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent industry experience
