Role Summary

The Client Services Executive supports specialist teams across multiple lines of business by providing accurate, timely, and high-quality technical processing, administration, data management, and operational support. The role plays a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring service excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and administer risks and transactions using data from MRCs, endorsements, internal systems, and market platforms within agreed timescales.
  • Upload premiums to the Bureau and other relevant market systems in accordance with established processes and controls.
  • Liaise with business divisions and servicing teams to resolve technical, data, and processing queries.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, missing information, and processing exceptions.
  • Allocate and reconcile unallocated cash to support monthly KPI achievement and operational objectives.
  • Support bordereaux production, validation, and quality assurance in line with carrier requirements and the internal data quality framework.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy, compliance, and quality across all processing activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the adoption of technology, automation, and system enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support and undertake training as required by the line manager and actively maintain technical knowledge and market awareness.
  • Carry out any additional duties reasonably assigned.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working in insurance processing, operations, or a similar insurance support function.
  • Knowledge of multiple classes of business, including Transportation, Casualty, and Energy, is desirable.
  • Experience of working within the London Market is essential.
  • Previous data processing, data entry, reconciliation, or administrative experience.
  • Insurance qualifications, such as CII, are desirable.
  • Minimum of five GCSEs at grades A-C, or equivalent, including English and Maths.

Skills and Experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Confident in resolving processing and data queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with broking teams, IBA, and other servicing areas.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement, and process efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with evolving systems, technologies, and automation tools.
  • Strong London Market Knowledge, Including:
    • London Market Reform Contracts (MRCs) and endorsements.
    • LPAN creation, submission, query management, and corrections.
    • Delegated Authority processes, including bordereaux management.
    • Use of Velonetic systems and associated market platforms.
