The Role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager / Sommelier to lead front-of-house operations and curate the restaurant’s wine and sake programme. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of authentic Japanese cuisine, shaped by Japanese chefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support the front-of-house team
  • Deliver a seamless and refined guest experience
  • Develop and manage the wine and sake offering
