The Resilient Navigation and Tracking Campaign Lead drives growth for Roke by leading an integrated, cross-functional campaign that aligns customer needs, organisational capability, and market engagement.

The role combines domain authority with campaign leadership; setting strategic direction, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable growth outcomes. Operating through influence rather than hierarchy, the Campaign Lead is accountable for how the organisation defines, positions, and delivers Roke’s Resilient Navigation and Tracking product, services, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Own the end-to-end domain campaign: strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
    • Develop and maintain a multi-year campaign strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives
    • Identify and prioritise target customers, segments, and opportunities
    • Act as the escalation point for domain-related decisions and conflicts
    • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on direction and investment priorities
  • Domain Expertise
    • Serve as the recognised organisational authority for the domain
    • Maintain deep, evidence-based understanding of customer missions, operational challenges, capability gaps, and emerging needs
    • Synthesise insight from account teams, product, product marketing, engineering, CTO, and external sources into a coherent strategic view
    • Represent the domain credibly to internal and external audiences
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Lead a virtual team spanning account teams, marketing, product management, CTO, services, and technical specialists
    • Define roles, align priorities, and ensure coordinated execution across functions
    • Drive collaboration across organisational boundaries, resolving conflicts and removing barriers
    • Integrate contributions into a clear, executable campaign plan
  • Capability and Solution Development
    • Understand Roke's Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing products, services, and technical capabilities
    • Frame integrated solutions by drawing together expertise from product, engineering, and delivery teams
    • Support account teams in aligning capabilities to customer missions
    • Translate domain insight into implications for product roadmaps and technology investment
    • Identify capability gaps and help shape investment priorities
  • Market Engagement and Growth
    • Ensure domain narrative and positioning are clear, consistent, and grounded in customer reality
    • Work with Marketing on customer needs, value creation, GTM strategy and activation plan to ensure coherent and aligned execution
    • Shape customer demand and influence future requirements
    • Enable account teams to identify and progress opportunities aligned to campaign priorities
    • Support strategic pursuits where domain leadership adds value

Where you’ll work

Romsey (HQ) - You’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking, an on-site gym, and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.

Woking - You’ll find our Woking site in a modern building on the outskirts of London. Rated excellent for sustainability by BREEAM & Fitwel certified – you’ll feel better for visiting. This site provides key links to our customers in London, is a 5-minute walk from the train station, has secure parking nearby and dedicated cycle storage.
