What You’ll Be Doing: Research. Dive deep into existing and emerging technologies. You will work alongside one or more of our teams to understand threats, evolve capabilities and innovate new solutions.Design, prototype, build and test. Challenge your creativity. Our customers have novel requirements. The tools you build will ultimately help protect lives and our National Security. Advise. You will act as a trusted advisor, in a position that demands integrity. There are roles available for a wide range of experience and responsibilities. What You’ll Bring: You will apply your experience to mission-led programmes. You will have skills in a number of the areas below: Software analysis and reverse engineering of compiled or interpreted code that could be obfuscated or defensively structured in various tools such as Ghidra or IDA pro.Linux-based operating system internals, security architecture and hardware abstraction.Use of virtualisation, emulation and containerisation for accelerated development, automated testing and DevOps.Use and deployment of AI-based systems for software development, analysis or Agentic solutions.Engineering software from design to delivery in modern IDEs and languages, using Agile delivery.Creating tested and testable code.
