You’ll be joining Future Compute within the Information Advantage team of our Defence Business Unit. We design, manufacture and upgrade solutions to support the missions of our customers in multiple countries around the world. The unpredictable nature of modern warfare means we apply our expertise in the digital world to help you collect, communicate and understand data in the physical battlespace, to give you a decisive information advantage. While our focus is on technology, we also take human factors into account at every stage. In the Production part of Defence BU, we focus on building, testing and assembling a variety of volume and prototype products. You will work on the production and manufacture of our products for our customers from our site in Romsey. You will play a crucial role in supporting our yearly build and revenue targets and be involved in cross‑functional work with our Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
The Key Requirements
- Our apprenticeship partner, Chichester University requires that you have obtained 3 x A’ Levels grade c or above including Mathematics, or equivalent BTEC Level 3 vocational qualifications, or relevant work experience.
- Eligibility for BPSS and SC clearance, and eventual DV clearance, must be achieved.
- You should have resided in the UK for the last 10 years and be prepared to declare any travel beyond 28 days in the last 5 years.
