We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Aldwych. As a key member of our front‑of‑house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. This is a solo department role, running the day‑to‑day operation, including deliveries, stocktake, and ordering.

Ideal Assistant Head Sommelier
- A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences
- Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier ready for the next step or an Assistant Head Sommelier in a premium, high‑volume restaurant environment
- WSET Level 1 or 2 (desired), but will consider applicants with the willingness to learn develop
- Stocktake and ordering knowledge
- A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team
