We are seeking an enthusiasticHead Sommelierto join our vibrant team atROKACanary Wharf. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

You’llembody our values and bring:
A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences
Proven experience as a HeadSommelier or anAssistant Head Sommelierin a quality, high-volume restaurant environment
WSET 2 or 3 (desired), but will consider applicants with the equivalent experience.
Experience with stocktake, ordering and deliveries.
A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
