Join a dynamic EMEA Finance team as an MI Analyst and help shape the future of management reporting and analytics for a leading international organisation. In this impactful role, you will: Deliver performance reporting and analysis for the EMEA region, supporting Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Planning stakeholders. Take part in the end-to-end delivery of analytics reporting solutions, driving the adoption of innovative data transformation and analytics applications. Proactively explore new reporting tools and productivity applications to enhance efficiency, innovation, and data governance. Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials to empower analytics application end users. Ensure timely and effective management of analytics and reporting changes from a Finance perspective. Support business analysis, data modelling, strategic and performance reporting, and management accounts using data from the EMEA MIS platform. Contribute to system change initiatives and product evolution within the Finance function. What you bring to the table: Strong analytical skills with experience in management information, performance reporting, or business analysis. Comfortable working with large datasets and data visualisation tools. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience in Finance, data analytics, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
