Are you a highly analytical and motivated finance professional looking to drive impactful change across a dynamic finance function? Our client, a prestigious Global Banking Group, is seeking a talented Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their forward-thinking Finance Change team, supporting transformation initiatives and delivering innovative solutions across EMEA.

In this impactful role, you will:

• Lead and deliver Finance and enterprise-wide change initiatives with efficiency, control, and innovation.
• Analyse, reconcile, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and IT to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver actionable change.
• Support mandatory reporting obligations, providing technical accounting input, forecasting, and solution prototyping.
• Drive automation, process simplification, and business process re‑engineering to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver training, documentation, and guidance to empower users across the Finance function.
• Manage key user forums, testing activities, and project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to specification.

What you bring to the table:

• 7+ years’ experience in Commercial or Investment Banking, with a strong understanding of accounting treatments for banking products.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Business practical experience using Oracle Cloud and Oracle on‑prem GL systems.
• Advanced data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, and familiarity with analytics/automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Python, etc.).
• Experience in finance change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable leading workshops and presenting to senior executives.
• Knowledge of AI applications in Financial Services.
• Exceptional project management, testing, documentation, and financial modelling capabilities.
