We are seeking an enthusiastic Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Mayfair. As a key member of our wine team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

Our Ideal Sommelier

  • A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences
  • Proven experience as a Junior Sommelier or Sommelier in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment
  • WSET Level 1 or 2 (desired), but will consider applicants with the willingness to learn develop
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team
  • A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
