Assistant General Manager – ROKA London
ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. Since launching in 2004 on Charlotte Street, our London family has grown to include locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf, and Aldwych. ROKA embodies the spirit of togetherness and shared dining: (RO) represents the vibrant atmosphere, while (KA) symbolises the heat and energy of the Robata grill. Operational Excellence
- Lead seamless service. Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain pace, quality, and consistency. Hold the standard when pressure is highest.
Commercial Performance
- Accountability for revenue optimization, labour cost control, and margin management. You'll analyse performance data daily; covers, spend per head, labour percentage, guest feedback and act with clarity and purpose.
Team Leadership
- Build, develop, and retain a large team across management and front-of-house. Create a culture where accountability, pride, and hospitality standards are non-negotiable. Develop your leadership pipeline to support the future growth of the brand.
Guest Experience
