ROKA Canary Wharf is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Sommelier to join our wine team.

You will embody hospitality excellence, guiding service in a fast-paced environment to ensure every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or Assistant Head Sommelier in quality, high-volume restaurants, with stock, ordering and deliveries experience.

WSET Level 2 or 3 is desired.
