About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Mayfair. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. Our Junior Sous Chef are dedicated, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, all while upholding ROKA’s renowned high standards. Qualifications
- A genuine love for hospitality, Japanese cuisine experience and love for exceptional dining experiences
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality, high‑volume restaurant environment
- A collaborative spirit, and thriving as being part of a large and dynamic team
- A warm, customer‑focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
