ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants that opened on Charlotte Street in 2004. The brand now includes locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf and Aldwych, and is part of the Azumi collection. ROKA delivers an elevated yet welcoming dining experience with a spirit of togetherness and shared dining.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of the kitchen leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen when the head chef is away.
  • Train, coach and develop our Junior Chefs.
