About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Canary Wharf. As a key member of the back‑of‑house leadership, you will uphold ROKA’s high standards, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium, high‑volume restaurant environment.
- Support the management team with ordering, stocktake, and running the day‑to‑day operation in the kitchen.
- Train and coach the junior members of the team.
- Deliver excellent service while maintaining a warm, customer‑focused approach and creating memorable moments for every guest.
