ROKA Canary Wharf invites a dynamic Head Sommelier to lead our wine program and front-of-house service.

You will be hands-on, set the standard in guest experience, and mentor the sommelier team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience as Head or Assistant Head Sommelier in quality, high-volume settings, with a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to manage stocktake, ordering, and deliveries.
