About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Aldwych. As a key member of our wine team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. Our Assistant Head Sommeliers are dedicated, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, all while upholding ROKA’s renowned high standards. - Experience counting stock, deliveries and ordering
