About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Aldwych. As a key member of our wine team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or an Assistant Head Sommelier in a premium, high‑volume restaurant environment
  • WSET Level 1 or 2 (desired), but we will consider applicants with the willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience counting stock, deliveries and ordering
  • A warm, customer‑focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
