We are seeking a dedicated Estate Agent for a full-time role based in Portsmouth from our home in Gatcombe House. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, lettings, and customer interactions, as well as liaising with buyers, tenants, and landlords. Regular tasks include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Creating listings
- Negotiating deals
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market
Additionally, the role involves market analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies and provide clients with valuable property insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in sales, although property sales, lettings, and property management is preferred
