Registered Manager - Nursing Home in Hampshire, Portsmouth

Registered Manager position at a well established provider with a great team and ambitions to grow. The successful candidate will have the freedom to lead our service and the support to do it well. What the role involves Day-to-day leadership and management of a large nursing home for older adults Registration with CQC as the Registered Manager Leading, supervising, and developing the staff team across all departments Maintaining high standards of care, quality, and regulatory compliance Managing admissions, occupancy, and relationships with commissioners and referrers Managing budgets, staffing costs, and resources effectively Promoting a positive, open, and supportive workplace culture What we are looking for Proven experience managing or deputy managing a care home, ideally with nursing Experience working with and leading clinical teams.
