Caffe Rojano is part of The Ainsworth Collection which includes our Michelin-star restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No6, CiCi's Bar, The Mariners Public House, Padstow Townhouse, and St Enodoc Hotel. As a member of our management team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.
Our Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Restaurant Director and Operations Director and front of house team. The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing time. Additionally, assisting with training, being a good problem solver, remaining calm under pressure and assisting our Restaurant Director with rotas, ordering and the general running of a busy restaurant. Above all else we are looking for a team member that wants to give our guests an incredible experience and prides themselves on passionate hospitality.

This is a full-time role, and we are looking for someone with experience managing a team in a hospitality setting or a more experienced front of house team member wanting to go to the next level in their career.
