For our branch in Solihull (Birmingham), we are currently looking for an experienced and commercially focused Pricing Specialist to join our successful Customer Solutions Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong freight forwarding knowledge and a passion for delivering competitive pricing solutions that support business growth and customer retention.

What you will do:

  • Produce accurate and competitive quotations for local sales accounts across multiple freight products
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product & Procurement, Operations, and Customer Solutions teams to support customer pricing requirements
  • Manage quotation follow-up, pricing maintenance, and local and global tender submissions through relevant platforms
  • Provide reporting, data analysis, and market insights to support pricing activities and service development
  • Maintain costing structures and company tariffs within CargoWise One and other pricing platforms
  • Act as the UK Rating Specialist, supporting the local team with adequate use of internal pricing-related processes
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2–3 years freight forwarding experience within Pricing, Inside Sales, or Sales Support
  • Good understanding of international freight markets, trade lanes, Incoterms, and overall pricing structures
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge, strong numerical skills, and confidence working with pricing data and reporting
  • Experience using CargoWise One, ideally including Quotations, One Off Quotes, and Company Tariff functionalities
  • Excellent communication, IT, and stakeholder management skills
