Responsibilities:

  • Termination/modification of rack internal cabling and equipment installation
  • Inspection of shipyard installed communications equipment against defence and industry standards
  • Set to Work (STW) of various sub-systems incorporated by the comms installation
  • Execution of customer facing Harbour Acceptance Trials (HATs)
  • Occasional support of test activities at Supplier Integration Facility (SIF) located in Fleet, Hampshire
  • Occasional support of test activities at Land Based Integration Facility (LBIF) located in Portsmouth, Hampshire
  • Occasional support of integration/test activities at Rohde & Schwarz Plant located in Teisnach, Germany
