Rohan is one of the leading outdoor clothing brands in the UK with over 50 retail stores across the country. Our online channel is a significant part of our total business and we have plans for this channel to continue to grow, support our customer demand and multi channel activity.
We are looking for a Ecommerce & Creative Executive to play a valuable part of the team and help deliver our growth plans.
The Ecommerce & Creative Executive bridges the gap between digital content and visual design. This role involves building product and campaign pages, editing imagery, and supporting creative asset development. It suits someone with a blend of technical confidence, design skills, and ecommerce awareness.
Visual Asset Design
- Design visual assets for email campaigns, product pages, and promotional content.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Edit and optimise imagery for web and mobile use.
Ecommerce Content Setup
- Create and update landing and blog pages for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content using CMS tools.
- Build and maintain product pages on the website and marketplaces, uploading images, specifications, and descriptions provided by the wider team.
- Ensure all content is correctly tagged, categorised, and optimised for search and navigation.
- Collaborate with the wider team on campaign execution.
- Ensure smooth customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing and UX improvements.
- Analyse user behaviour and site performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to implement changes that drive conversions.
- Ensure pages are responsive, fast-loading, and conversion-friendly.
Email Marketing Execution
- Assist with build, test and schedule email campaigns.
- Conduct thorough testing of email sends across devices and inboxes.
- Ensure smooth customer journeys from email to website, including correct linking and page setup.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in ecommerce content or creative production.
- Understanding of digital design principles and UX.
- Awareness of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with CRO tools and techniques.
- Strong visual eye and creative flair.
- Technically confident and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and collaborative.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and platforms.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Technical & Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and design tools.
- Experience with CMS, ecommerce and email platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
