Rogo is scaling its strategic Opportunities team in London, seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for ex-front-office finance professionals across the UK and Europe. You will partner with our cofounder and leadership to shape roles, profiles, and hiring priorities while building a strong candidate experience.

You will design proactive sourcing strategies, manage multiple searches with urgency, and leverage ATS tools to drive high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup.
