As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in being a strategic problem-solver to custom fit Rogo’s cutting-edge AI platform for elite financial institutions. You will work closely with customers to design scalable and secure cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud systems, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) will drive the success of Rogo’s AI solutions and deliver transformative value to our clients.
What You Will Own
- Customer Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their business challenges and technical requirements. Lead architectural discussions and hands-on implementations to design tailored cloud solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and technical teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term satisfaction.
- Cloud Architecture Design: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems using AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Rogo’s AI platform. Develop Terraform modules and automation scripts to streamline deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters, tailored to customer-specific security and compliance needs. Ensure solutions align with cloud best practices, including high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer goals and business outcomes. Provide actionable feedback from customer engagements to inform product development and innovation.
What You Will Need
- Technical Expertise: 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in cloud engineering or solutions architecture. Fluent in discussing cloud security and networking best practices. Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP or Azure cloud platforms, including services like EC2, S3, VPC, and RDS. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm for managing containerized applications.
- Problem-Solving and Ownership: Ability to design robust abstractions and infrastructure components to solve complex customer challenges. Operate with high ownership, taking end-to-end responsibility for technical solutions and customer success.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and working seamlessly across teams.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with financial services or regulated industries. Knowledge of Datadog or other telemetry tools for monitoring.
