What You Will Own

  • Lead and develop a team of GTM Associates responsible for both strategic outbound prospecting and pre-sales support across Rogo's enterprise pipeline
  • Drive outbound strategy and execution, owning sequencing, messaging, targeting, and coverage across key verticals and accounts
  • Coach and develop reps through structured frameworks, call reviews, and hands-on deal support, building closers, not just pipeline generators
  • Partner with AEs to ensure seamless pre-sales handoffs and alignment on qualified pipeline entering the funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns to increase lead volume and improve top-of-funnel conversion
  • Build and maintain scalable SOPs for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM hygiene
  • Track team performance against pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and activity benchmarks and hold the team accountable to them
  • Own recruiting and onboarding for the GTM Associate function as the team scales

What You Will Need

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a sales or GTM role, with at least 1 to 2 years managing or mentoring SDRs, BDRs, or GTM Associates
  • Proven track record of building and running outbound programs that convert at a high rate into qualified pipeline
  • Strong command of sales methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent) and the ability to coach it live, not just in theory
  • Experience selling into financial services, investment banking, private equity, or adjacent verticals is a strong plus
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sequencing platforms, and data enrichment workflows
